Positivity Challenge

Want to become more positive or know someone that could use a push?  

Commit yourself to a 3 week positivity challenge.  Being positive takes daily grit again and again.  If you can complete 3 weeks, you will have trained your brain to start to see the positive in everything!  Suddenly you'll be happier and a glass half full person!  

Mission isn't to always be positive but instead, if you say something negative you must immediately point out a positive in the situation.  For example, If you state how annoyed you are that its rained the past 3 days, you can then say "On the positive, the grass could really use the rain therefore its a good thing its raining."  

Commit to 3 weeks and you will have rewired your brain.  I challenge you after 3 weeks to start the challenge again.  Positivity doesn't come naturally for most of us and its a task that will have to be put on your to do list every day.  Commit to Grit
