Commit to Grit: The 3-Week Positivity Challenge

Want to become more positive — or know someone who could use a little boost?

Take on the 3-Week Positivity Challenge and train your mind to see the good in every situation. Staying positive isn’t easy — it takes daily effort and grit — but after just three weeks, you’ll start to naturally focus on the bright side. You’ll feel lighter, happier, and ready to see the glass as half full.

The goal isn’t to always be positive — that’s not realistic. Instead, whenever you catch yourself saying something negative, immediately follow it up with something positive.

Example:
“I’m so tired of this rain.”
→ “On the bright side, the grass really needed it — the yard’s going to look amazing.”

Your Challenge:
Every time you express something negative, balance it with a positive perspective. Do this for 3 weeks straight, and you’ll begin to rewire your brain to focus on what’s good.

Once you finish, challenge yourself to do it again! Positivity takes practice — make it part of your daily to-do list and watch your mindset transform.

Commit to Grit. Commit to Positivity.

COMMIT to GRIT

Committing to Grit is committing to your success. Working hard on something day after day, month after month, or year after year until you've reached your goal.
