3 Week Got Grit Hydration Challenge

Grit Challenge is on!  Determine your target ounces of water/day.  This is a 3 week Challenge, Share with a friend to make it happen!

 

Body weight (in pounds) ÷ 2 = Ounces of water per day

For example, if you weigh 160 lbs:
160 ÷ 2 = 80 ounces of water per day (about 10 cups).

An average water bottle is 20 ounces, therefore you'd need to drink 4 of your water bottles!

However, factors like activity level, climate, and health conditions may increase your needs.
