Find Your Daily Water Goal

Use this simple formula to determine how much water your body needs each day:

Body weight (in pounds) ÷ 2 = Ounces of water per day

Example:
If you weigh 160 lbs → 160 ÷ 2 = 80 ounces of water per day (about 10 cups).

An average water bottle holds 20 ounces, so you’ll need to drink 4 bottles per day to meet your goal.


💡 Pro Tip:
Your needs may be higher if you’re very active, live in a hot climate, or have specific health considerations. Listen to your body and hydrate accordingly!
